Caffeine makes my heart race and wreaks havoc on my bladder. Do all your supplements have caffeine, and how long till they start working? Would the anxiety ones improve my mood? Without help of either anxiety meds or more plant based recreational substances, I often have feelings of depression and dread.

Our Focus product is the only one currently with caffeine, Clarity is our stimulant-free version of Focus.

The anxiety does improve your mood, it also helps me focus as well by slowing things down and lessening the "anxiety" noise throughout the day.

Increased focus and productivity

I really love it so far! I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and have definitely noticed an improvement in focus and productivity with my job. I was skeptical because I wonder how much of the effect is placebo, but I'm not sure a placebo would be this consistently effective.
