F’ing Subscription Terms and Conditions
These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and F’ing Focus LLC and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the FingFocus.com website is also governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the F’ing website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for an F’ing subscription, you accept these Terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.
How do I create a subscription?
Creating a subscription for your favorite F’ing supplements and nutrition items couldn’t be easier! When adding the item to your cart, select the option to Subscribe & Save along with your desired delivery frequency. Enrolling in the free sample 14-day trial also initiates a subscription. You can adjust your new subscription settings from within the cart itself during checkout.
What are the benefits of a subscription?
F’ing subscriptions are automatic and worry-free. Once created, your orders will process on the schedule you selected. The subscription discount is 20% off the MSRP of certain products when choosing a recurring rebill frequency, and is outlined on the FingFocus.com product webpage and in the cart during checkout. The discount applied may change for subscriptions created during disruptive sale events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Semi-Annual Sale, etc.). The subscription discount does not “stack” on top of sale pricing—only the greater discount will apply for a transaction. Subscription product pricing at rebill will apply the standard subscription 20% discount off product MSRP. Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply.
How do I manage my deliveries?
The beauty of our subscription program is that you have complete control. You may join the program whenever you’d like and leave the program whenever you’d like, without penalty.
To edit your subscription, log into your FingFocus.com account and head to your profile to view your subscription(s) and their controls. You can add or remove items from an existing subscription, adjust your order frequency, and change your next order date.
Need to change your shipping address or payment method? Select from any address or payment method already saved to your account or add a new one. Each subscription can have its own shipping address and payment method.

How will I know when my subscription order is on its way?
You can expect an order confirmation email every time an order processes. All upcoming order dates are available in your subscription profile. We’ll also email you as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on it from door to door. No surprises here!
When will I be charged?
You’ll be charged automatically on the date the order is processed.
An order just processed that I wasn’t ready for. Can it be canceled?
If the order has already shipped, refunds will not be given to repeat or recurring customers. The purchase of a trial kit begins an auto-refill membership; the trial is considered the customer’s first purchase as this is the point at which you get to try the product(s) risk-free. Any subsequent auto-refill order is considered a repeat/recurring order and will not be refunded. Auto-refill orders must be skipped or canceled 24 hours prior to the renewal date by live chat or email at hello@FingFocus.com.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requests: Customers wishing to cancel their subscription must notify us via our designated cancellation process, which includes submitting a cancellation request through their account on our website or by contacting our customer service team at [insert contact method].
Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will send a confirmation email to the customer’s registered email address. This email serves as proof of cancellation. If the customer does not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, it is their responsibility to follow up with our customer service team to ensure their request has been processed.
Effective Date of Cancellation: The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive the cancellation request. Any charges incurred after the effective date of cancellation, due to processing times or delays in communication, will be refunded.
Record Keeping: Customers are encouraged to keep a copy of their cancellation request and confirmation email as proof of cancellation. In the event of a dispute, these records will be required to verify the cancellation request and its effective date.
Chargebacks and Disputes: In the event of a chargeback or dispute, the customer must provide proof of the cancellation request and the confirmation email. Without such proof, the subscription will be deemed active and valid, and any charges incurred will be considered authorized. Our failure to maintain records of a customer's cancellation does not absolve the customer from the responsibility of providing proof of their cancellation request.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding subscription cancellations will be resolved in accordance with our dispute resolution process as outlined in these terms and conditions.
Other Limitations
Fee and Renewal
The subscription fee is stated on the FingFocus.com product webpage. Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions. We will attempt to honor your preferred shipping method of your F’ing subscription, but as necessary, we reserve the right to process your subscription order using the next most economical shipping method.
If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.
If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription. Visit your Account Dashboard and Subscription Orders to see renewal dates for your subscription.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR F’ING SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES, USING ANY SAVED PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
Agreement Changes
We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms. Customers with an active F’ing subscription will be notified via email at their F’ing account email address of any changes to these Terms.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your F’ing subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any F’ing subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Returns
(Full Bottle Purchases) We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to leave satisfied, so if something’s not exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Items purchased on FingFocus.com can be returned within 15 days of the initial purchase date, and anything outside the 15 days may qualify for store credit. Please contact customer service before sending any product back for a return, replacement, or exchange.
(Recurring/Subscription Customers) Refunds will not be given to repeat or recurring customers. The purchase of a trial kit begins an auto-refill membership; the trial is considered the customer’s first purchase as this is the point at which you get to try the product(s) risk-free. Any subsequent auto-refill order is considered a repeat/recurring order and will not be refunded.
When buying a unit, only the price of the unit(s) will be refunded; additional restocking fees may apply. Auto-refill orders must be skipped or canceled 24 hours before the renewal date by live chat or email at hello@FingFocus.com.
